Established in 1989, MIRFC has grown exponentially over the last 10 years and now boasts a youth section with every age group from under-6 all the way up to Colts (under-18), and a Men's section with two teams competing in the Eastern Counties divisions.

Sponsorship is crucial to our success with every penny funnelled back into club to offer every member the best possible rugby experience by the way of:

Up to date training equipment and supplies for youth and senior sections
Coaching and Safeguarding courses for coaches and support staff
Training and match food for all players
Upkeep of grass pitches throughout the season
Community coaching via curriculum and after school club rugby programmes for both boys and girls
Junior player development programme (new for 2025!)
Subsidised half-term youth camps
Club physiotherapist
