The successful candidate will be working alongside our Head Coach Andrew Windridge and DoR Alex Lacey to implement an exciting and expansive playing philosophy. Our squad is a blend of young and old players of all abilities, and we have a talented pipeline of Colts coming through into the seniors each season.

We are looking for an experienced Level 2 or 3 coach or a player with pedigree in the national leagues to sharpen our back attack and focus on individual skill development. This person will be able to:

Bring their experience into the squad to develop set piece back attack
Stretch the top players with progressive skills sessions, or conversely, work with the developing players to improve their core skills
Contribute to strategic planning of mesocycles within the season
Have an interest in video analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement
Enjoy working with other coaches to develop a successful ‘total rugby’ platform that is simple to understand and execute on game day
Be available for Thursday night training and Saturday games, as well as some additional Tuesday nights to work with either Seniors or our large Colts squad.

This is a paid part-time role, with rate negotiable depending on experience.
